I pulled into Helena, MT Saturday afternoon. I visited with some friends and checked on my stored Land Rover. It's good to be back in Montana. I did notice I have gotten use to the southern weather because while everyone is wearing t-shirts, I'm wearing a jacket.
The landscape changes in a blink of an eye when driving from eastern Montana to central Montana. It will change even more drastically as I cross the continental divide today (and Slinky might be able to make spring angels in the snow).
Yesterday I cleaned up the Land Rover and prepped it for the Govt. to move. I'll be visiting with the Sheriff this morning and then drive onto Lincoln, MT to have lunch with my old partner.
