A slow drive

It was a slow, dull ride today. As soon as I left I ran in to flat landscape, traffic, and many construction zones.

Although the ride was relatively uneventful, I did make a friend in Nashville. I stopped for gas and a restroom break. Once I left the restroom the attendant stopped me and asked if I felt better. I thought this question was odd from an employee of the gas station. I reluctantly replied, "Yes." He then asked about my truck and wanted to compare the fuse box with his Toyota Tundra. They sure are friendly in Nashville. Slinky declined to get a photo with the guy. Slinky is selective with whom he associates with.

We did finish the day with a drive through St. Louis. As you can see from the photo we drove by the Arch.

Looks like Slinky has a big relative. Didn't he even stop to say hello?
