Get me a baked potato, Priscilla

Slinky and I decided to broaden our cultural minds today and visit a museum. (Look for Slinky at the base of Elvis). We didn't want to waste our time with Graceland, we were more concerned about where Elvis is living today.

I learned something today about Iowa. They grow corn. Let me phrase that differently, they grow lots of corn.

We stopped for the night in Missouri Valley, IA. It has a population of 3,000 and looks it. The temperature is rapidly changing as I get further northwest. It was in the 50s today, about 20 degrees colder than Columbia.

You will find that they feed all that corn to pigs. The pigs process that corn into something that does not smell very nice, but there's lots of it.
